However, we recommend that you create an account in order to utilize the exclusive services and areas designed for our customers.
In this area you can check the status of your order, access your order history and monitor the delivery status.
Search for items:
To make it easier to browse our product catalog, select a category from the navigation bar or use the internal search and filtering options to find a specific item.
Product Information:
On each product detail page you will find all available size combinations, product descriptions, and detailed information about materials.
You can click on a product image to enlarge it and see all the details.
How to Order:
To purchase a product on the Freshlumes.top website:
1. Select the desired size on the product detail page
2. Place the product in your shopping bag
3. Access the shopping cart via the icon at the top right of the screen.
4. Select your shipping method
5. Enter your shipping address and billing address (if different from shipping address)
6. Enter your payment information
7. Make sure all information entered is correct
8. Click “Continue” and then “Buy” to complete the purchase
Within a few minutes, you will receive an email confirming your order.
Once the package leaves our warehouse, you will also receive a second email with a link to monitor your shipment.
2. I BOUGHT THE WRONG SIZE. CAN I EXCHANGEMYITEM?
Yes. Purchased items can only be exchanged with articles of the same model, in a different size, if available. To start the size exchange process, go to the returns section of My Account or go to the returns section as a Guest, and enter your details and the order number. When the process is complete, you will receive confirmation via email that the request for a size exchange has been received. It will include a shipping label and instructions for shipping the item. When the item has been received and processed, we will proceed with shipping of the new item.
3. CAN I ADD OR REMOVE ITEMS TO/FROM MY ORDER?
Every order is processed automatically and therefore cannot be modified once it has been confirmed. To exercise your right of withdrawal and return the item purchased, contact our Customer Care at hayrisgroup@gmail.com or visit the Terms and Conditions of Sale section regarding the right of withdrawal.
