Depending on the distance, there is usually a delay of a few days in case of bad weather, and the average signing times for specific continents are as follows:

Americas: 5-7 days
Europe: 7-10 days
Middle East: 10 days
Southeast Asia: 8 days

Deliveries are made during business hours Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays. The courier will attempt delivery at the address provided in your order. In the event of a failed delivery, your package will be delivered to the nearest DHL Access Point. All orders are processes automatically, therefore we are unable to modify shipping and delivery schedules.

Any product purchased on the freshlumes.top website can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date by self-shipping it back to our address, check here to see if your purchase is eligible for return.

Make sure the product is in its original condition, including all tags and packaging. If you would like to return your product by post, please complete the online returns form and make an appointment with the courier company for collection.

Returns are all free of charge.

How to Return or Exchange items

  We will establish the reason for the return and give you a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 
• Please enclose a note in your return package stating the return order's  ---1. order number 2. your recipient information (including address & name)  3. RMA number
• Make sure you obtain a free stamped Proof of Postage form from the Post Office and send it to our email as we are not responsible for items that are lost in transit on their way back to us. Non-faulty returns are sent at your own cost.

Returning faulty or incorrect items

• We will refund or exchange any item which you have received in a faulty condition or which does not match the items you ordered. However, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

• Your refund will normally be processed within 14 working days of receiving your return but it may take slightly longer to appear on your bank statement.

• When returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer, this will no longer apply if the value of any goods which you are keeping is below the qualifying threshold and any refund will be calculated accordingly.
